A Clear Path to Your Dream Home

Phase One

Our on-site sales counselor meets with you to discuss what your needs are and how we can personalize one of our floor plans to suit your lifestyle. Some of our neighborhoods offer extensive personalization opportunities, so please see our sales counselor for details. Once determined, our in house architectural department reviews the plans and customizes the living space to fit your particular needs.

Phase Two

We draw both the home and the way it is positioned on the home site using sophisticated CAD (computer assisted design) techniques. This enables us to build from plans designed especially for you that note all of the personalized touches you decided on.

Phase Three

The next step is for you to meet with our on-site builder for a Pre-Construction Conference (PCC) meeting at which time we go through the plans with you to make sure all of your personalization requirements were satisfied. You will be asked to "sign off" on the plans at this time, so the PCC meeting is extraordinarily vital to the process. Additionally we will have visually positioned the home with ground stakes so we can walk the lot with you to explain how the home will be oriented on the home site.

Phase Four

The next phase involves the fun and excitement of selecting colors and finishing materials with our professional designer's help. You will visit our In House Design Center located at our main office. We have plentiful samples and displays for you to use to help you visualize your new dream home.

Phase Five

Just prior to the installation of sheetrock, we invite you to inspect and walk through the home with one of our on site builders so you can verify the quality of our work, and to make one final check on all of your customized options. Additionally, we invite you at this time to make final decisions on deck size, extended patios or driveways and additional sod requirements.

Phase Six

The home is complete and ready for your enjoyment. Approximately one week prior to closing, we provide an orientation of your new home, familiarizing you with all of it's workings.
